I enjoy telling the "7 countries in 42 hours" Latinpass 2000 story. People are just amazed by the story and by the rewards gained from the trip -- like FC PDX-DCA for 30K miles/ticket and laundering 100K to Marriott and getting 120K UA miles in exchange...

The downside is that family and friends, knowing that I "work" the travel system, now call me for advice prior to booking travel. Sometimes it gets old.
