I know of two people that were allowed to stay. One could be considered a celebrity (well, internet celebrity - runs a very popular webcomic that nets him a decent income), and the other is my attorney.

Because they're both PR residents, and Barclays doesn't offer cards to PR residents, I'm curious what their options are/were.
