There is a left luggage station at T3 arrivals - after you exit customs and turn left, keep going past the taxi queue towards the toilets and before you reach the Dubai Immigration Service Center at the end, there will be a luggage office where you can leave luggage for 20AED for 12 hours (per piece). Very convenient to save you the hassle of dragging anything around the city.
