There's some ~$250 flights from BOS to the west coast. Playing around I've found BDL-SYR-PHL-PHX-PIT-PHL-BDL for $210. Going the other direction there's SFO-CLT-TPA for $192.

If you're just looking for segments you can sometimes find el-cheapo metrojet flights with same day turn around, but I haven't seen any stellar ones lately.

Better miles runs (IMO) are to Europe although you'll have a longer stay (2 nights). You can go EWR-LGW for ~$420 or SFO-LGW for ~$580. Not the cheapest I've seen and most of them are for September.
