Was just at the Sofitel St. James in London last Weekend. Booked a Superior (B), Luxury (C) was sold out, but they had Junior Suites (D). They would not upgrade me as they needed to "Keep the flexibility"... I argued with them for 10 minutes but finally gave up. Well, won't go back there...
