I keep a UC membership because I have access at almost every airport I fly in & out of; there are a relatively small number of Centurion lounges, and except for SFO, not in cities I fly to that often.
The AMEX Plat card includes a Priority Pass Select. It doesn't get you into UC's, but there are a number of PP Lounges you can access.

Ahh, first world problems.
They had food out until 11:50 PM the other day.
When they would close at 1:00 AM, they would have food out longer.
