If you aren't allowed access to the T3 F lounge, I wouldn't worry too much. The catering options between the F and J lounges in T3 are fairly similiar, and neither lounge should be very busy.
I disagree, especially at breakfast time. The opportunity for breakfast with freshly cooked kippers in the F lounge dining area is streets ahead of the slop bowls in GC. The rest of the day has a better buffet and some acceptable menu items.
