Hard to believe that anyone could dislike a rain shower. Water pressure is a problem whether it's a rain shower or not so that's not an issue specific to rain showers.

I've had a couple rain showers, Hotel One Shot 23 (Madrid) and The Shore (Santa Monica) where it felt like I was standing underneath a waterfall. It was amazing and didn't want to leave.
