I would like to know where your 4 hour delay comes from, since you stated you arrived at 3am against the ticketed time of 12:55am.
You seem to think you were sold an "untrue ticket", and that since it was "on a business trip therefore non-stop flights were of essence".
The HKG-BOM return times take into account the time required for the stop, so I would like to know whether you suffered any other delays on your return?
