Are they then reset to 0 meaning that she will have to earn another 1500 for gold? Or does it still continue meaning that gold would only be 1500 and not 2100 TPs.
I know that this is basic stuff but I am getting confused. She now wants her gold card back again as EI may be part of IAG soon and thereby bringing them back into oneworld. Most of her travel now is with EI and the lounge is all she wants.
The tier point reset thing was abolished a long time ago. Tier points are now reset only at the beginning of every membership year. The membership year lasts for 12 months not depending on when you get your status. You retain your status for one year after the reset.
