Maybe not so random.
I arrived from Athens yesterday afternoon and was met by 6 policemen blocking the entrance to the airport itself.
They checked some passports very carefully ( with torches and counting pages or whatever ).
My Danish passport just got a glance and I got a welcome home greeting.
