BA awards are calculated per segment, so you did not pay the avios for SFO-LHR-WAW in First, you paid the avios required for SFO-LHR in First and LHR-WAW in Business.
Regardless, your class of service determines the lounge access (with certain exceptions that don't apply in this case) even if you had purchased a revenue full fare F ticket which books the European connections in J.
