I'll just add one comment here. The WAW service leaves T3 around 0820, and there isn't much point arriving at T3 much before 07:00 hrs, even with checked bags. You will get a hot breakfast on that service. I think you should be able to get Flounge entry, there are occasional reports of difficulties in this area (but mainly relating to wholly short haul trips). But for a short visit and a coffee Galleries Club lounge - which you can enter off the Club Europe ticket alone - is not a bad option. So my advise would be not to turn up too early, by all means try for Flounge, but if the staff are difficult about it, then Galleries Club would be fine too.
