Banco Estado is still free for withdrawals (no fee charged by them). I was able to take out 300,000 Pesos (you may be able to take out more but I didn't try).
All the other banks charge significant fees:
1- Santander: 4,000 Pesos
2- BBVA: 4,100 Pesos
3- Corpabanco: 3,000 Pesos
I wasn't able to try Banco Security as the sole branch in Vina Del Mar didn't have an ATM. It's out for servicing. I wonder if it will ever come back
btw - one other thing to note... banks in Chile close at 2pm. You may need to enter one to change money (for example you can change Pesos to US Dollars in case you're planning to go to Argentina).
500000 CLP has been the largest reported per withdraw recently at Banco Estado ATMs. Could possibly be even more so please report but that amount in 20000 CLP bills may be a logistical problem unless you have many big bills to settle. The ServiEstado locations (part of Banco Estado) stay open till 7pm on weekdays (later at malls), the majority have Saturday hours till 5pm and a few are open Sundays and holidays.
