Unless you have a very specific need for middle name (like TSA PreCheck), you'll be fine. I flew for years without my middle name on my tickets. That being said, once I got Global Entry, I had to go back and add my middle name to my already-booked flights, and Delta was happy to do so and reticket my flights, so you should be able to should you want to.
