Yessss, the same thing went thru my mind. So many great restaurants with so few meals! Bouchon is on my list. I regret not eating there while in Beverly hills a few months ago. I bought some macaroons for a dessert later on which were delish but I still want to go back for an actual meal.
I'm not sure when you are there but brunch is only on weekends. The dinner at Bouchon is fine too but you really want brunch there IMO.
You could wake up early, get the in-suite breakfast at the earliest time that they will deliver it (especially if you will not be there alone -- share it) and then get to Bouchon for brunch as late as possible (basically, lunch time)
