when you book thru accorhotels.com your profile is sent to the property automatically along with your booking

the arrival list has all guests with origin of booking and statuses

there is no need to send an email because upgrade is always subject to availability

by courtsey, they will only respond to your email saying they'll do their best... still subject to availability
