Has the OP looked carefully at the itineraries on delta.dumb? I'd normally suggest first that the OP call DL, but that is likely to involve long times on hold due to the impending blizzard, although the DM wait times shouldn't be so long. I'd find a time when you can do something else while waiting on hold (ideally when you'll be near a speakerphone) and try to straighten it out before the DM upgrade window opens for the flights where you don't want to use RUCs. I don't know the rules about being able to cancel an upgrade that's been confirmed and have the RUC returned to you, but it would certainly be easier to fix this before the unwanted RUC upgrades happen. In the meantime, you might be off the list for a free elite upgrade as a DM.
