I see this on the book my chauffeur option within the MMB process, but am getting the not allowed on this booking from our TA from Etihad, just on hold with Etihads call centre who say NO., the fare basis ZPRNTGB

Very poor to say the least, next time will choose CX or QR next time, and will not be recommending EY and letting my Gold status lapse..


Your itinerary entitles you to book two one-way transfers at any destination outside Abu Dhabi. However if your journey begins, ends or includes a stopover in Abu Dhabi, then you are also entitled to free transfers within the UAE.
