I am AC *G and TK *G (via status match off course ) at the moment. I had been reading in the last few pages about matching to Air Berlin for OneWorld status, but it seems that status will only last for a few months, is this correct?

Also from the last post by benberg2013 above me where mentioned about from Air Berlin matched to United Gold, does anyone have the info on how to get that status match request? As I thought United only do challenge and not match these days. My wife TK *G is going to be expire in July, hence, thought I can do what benberg2013 to get United *G for her.
