Google maps will show you the options. It is a good option from about noon until 6 pm.

But the bus is normally a bit faster. There shouldn't be any traffic for the person arriving around 17:30. Maybe a little going into Ooi junction but then it will be free sailing once you cross the bay.
Excellent. This would be perfect. I checked the schedules and there is one at 14:46 arriving at 16:17. Takes 91 minutes. My flight looks like it usually arrives from 13:30-14:20 depending on air traffic control I guess. 15-20 minutes should be plenty of time for us to get through immigration and through customs with all snow equipment and clothes.

The bus would be a backup.
