Upgrading VS flights if booked as a DL ticket.
I'm struggling a bit to find out how this would work.

If I book a VS lhr-atl flight via DL in Y, how do I then purchase an upgrade to PE? Can I look the reservation up on the VS site, and bid as you would on a VS ticket? Buying the ticket via VS is a no-go, as Virgin haven't loaded many DL destinations.

Also, as a GM, can I access the VS lounge at LHR?
