And you mentioned only one shuttle at 2:40 pm, where will that shuttle take me to? Straight to NRT? Sorry this is my first time go to Japan so I'm kinda clueless about it.
I did monorail and skyliner (since the worst thing for me is to get stuck with traffic and having to overnight at Narita), but if you're a first timer/don't know any Japanese then maybe bus would be the hassle-free solution. The shuttle goes straight from HND International Terminal to Narita T2/T1.
