Great cash & points stay

I booked 3 nights (MLK weekend - Friday to Monday) at the $150 + 30,000 points/night for a 2 queen room. I checked in online via Hilton app the night before hoping when I arrived, I could get a suite upgrade. Upon check-in, I was welcome warmly but no mention of a complimentary upgrade so I asked and was told,"yes, we love to take care of our Diamonds" so I was put into the Waldorf Suite. Very nice open concept suite. A lady from the hotel was showing me around the room and I inquired about the Gold Coast Suite. She said that was 1200 square feet and would be at an upgrade charge and she was ready to shift my things over but I told her this suite would do fine.

We had a fabulous stay. Room was always clean. My kid kept saying never want to leave. No tipping policy was wonderful. We had a lot of room service for sake of convenience and staff was always polite and eager to help in any way. Twice there was an issue with the food (hamburger and steak weren't well done enough). They fixed the issue immediately and took the food charges off. At check out time, I called for luggage service. We waited 20 minutes and finally went downstairs ourselves. I mentioned to the front desk to please cancel the bellhop. Received apology and a $50 discount off my hotel bill for the trouble. Same guy that checked us out carried my luggage to my car. I tried to give a tip but he refused to take it.

Awesome service and we would definitely return again!
