I tried this with UAMP once, but they did not give, even though my MP details were in the booking but the boarding pass had my ACAP number (The gate agent declined to reprint the boarding pass). According to MP, the miles had been credited to AP, so this was a breach of the rules. Nevertheless, you may have some luck if you get a sympathetic agent to talk to ...
