I think this is a pretty decent property if you want a few days at the beach. Nothing really exceptional, but solid. Prices tend to be high, so I guess that's why it's in the category that it is. P+C can be pretty decent here when rates are extremely high, like they tend to be on the weekend or during holidays. The option to take the shuttle from the GHE is pretty nice as well, and I had the same driver a few weeks ago.....pretty fast going, but nothing really dangerous.

If you want a suite (upgrade) then you run the risk of not being in the regency part of the property, the numbers are very limited. I don't mind much, but standard rooms are pretty decent here as well.

And I agree with you on the RC club, beware of the mosquito's in the evening :-).
