Is their FF website ever up? I despise - hence delayed - calling Turkish as in my experience, they have been needlessly surly and talk like they're angry. I finally called and all is fine with my account, but the page times out. I tried another browser to make sure it wasn't Firefox, then called again to make sure all is ok and agent said my account is fine. I try about every month to login. Last successful login was probably last Aug or Sept.

I did a search on this thread (keyword: website) and could find little about this. Am I doing something wrong to get the busy page? I know with Saudi Arabian, for years, payments could only be done on Internet Explorer after taking on the challenge of hours spent learning how to pay....so I wonder if it's something like that.
