So, I wonder if it was a true mileage run with no hotel involved, and heading right back to the USA?
no mileage run, not worth it anymore because of the new system. This was the only routing that had OP availability. Believe it or not, when I am not under the clock to get back home or to my destination, I will always book my flights, if possible, on a Delta 747 and fly UD, even if it means connecting. Its still the preferred way to travel.
