Try checking your itinerary on the SV website to see if it ticketed. Had a similar issue with an LX, UA interline a while back. Turned out to be nothing.
Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Status never changed, so I called today and the agent told me Swiss couldn't confirm the segment in that fare class, so I could only have it if I payed more. She did the song and dance about not being responsible for partners' availability. I find it deceptive to advertise a partner's fare if they can't actually offer that fare.
I ended up canceling.
