Looking for some advice ... I am not a particularly frequent traveller with BA, and almost by accident (unexpected work trip long haul in CW) I have realised that I will get to silver this year. I have 2 more return flights between now and my year end (March) that will get me there. The first of these is in economy when I would really appreciate silver benefits especially the lounge access. Is there any chance BA would consider granting me silver status early (flights booked but not yet travelled)? and how would you recommend I approach asking them (phone? email?)
