Confusion over oversize and overweight baggage fees

I am a MP 1K. I am looking to ship oversize luggage with me, but it has been surprisingly difficult for me to get a definitive answer, and the most recent answer points to exceedingly high fees. So, I am turning here for advice.

I want to send 3 bags of 65 pounds and 100 linear inches, and possibly an additional 3 bags of 65 points and 60 linear inches.

First, some background info:
1) The ticket starts in TLV, with a destination of LAX via YYZ, then a stopover of several days at SFO, and finally a return to TLV via EWR from SFO.
2) I want to take oversize baggage with me on the segments from SFO to EWR to TLV,
3) The checked baggage charges fees page on United.com shows the following:

Third bag
up to 62.0 linear inches (157 cm)
and 50.0 lbs (23 kgs)
0 CAD per bag

Fourth bag and Any Additional
up to 115.0 linear inches (292 cm)
and 70.0 lbs (32 kgs)
225 CAD per bag

Oversized Bags
from 63.0 to 115.0 linear inches (160 to 292 cm)
0 ILS extra per bag

Overweight Bags
from 51.0 to 70.0 lbs (24 to 32 kg)
0 ILS extra per bag
Baggage which exceed these size and weight restrictions will not be accepted as checked baggage

Special Items
Items which may require extra handling charges are listed in the baggage information section

4) I call united reservations regular line, and 1k line about how to interpret the information under 3). They say go talk to the people at check in. No definitive answer.

5) I talk with the check-in agents at SFO checkin.
He enters various combinations of information in the system. He tells me the fees for checking the baggage by entering the codes into the system.

a) He selects OWB (overweight bag 50-72 lb) at 3 and OSB (62-115 li) at 3 and gets a fee of $1200.

b) He selects OWB (overweight bag 50-72lb) at 6 and OSB (62-115 li) at 3 and gets a fee of $1800.

Me thinks, according to the fee table listed above in 3), the fees should be a) $0 and b) $675 CDN, or a) $675 CDN and b) $675 CDN.

6) I look at the notes on the screen by the ticketing person (bought through united.com).

There is a note saying that I need to pay overweight baggage fees for bags over 50 pounds.

So what should my fees be for the cases of:

a) I take with me 3 bags of 65 pounds and 100 linear inches each.

b) I take with me 3 bags of 65 pounds and 100 linear inches each, and an additional 3 bags of 65 points and 60 linear inches each.

And, how do I get a definitive answer so that there are no surprises at check in at the airport?
