I can call other airlines and hotels and get a real person in "Corporate Customer Care" and it really makes a better impression. IMHO.

o_O that is so weird. I get the same autoresponse for commendation, but I've ALWAYS had someone from the "AC Executive Centre" (probably due to being SE) respond back within 3 business days. It's really weird that you never got a response ...
