Biggles What you describe is largely attributable to AC/Jazz and the type of service (sic) they choose to provide in YEG. For instance, why don't they make special arrangements for people having to transit by having them escorted like they do in T1 in YYZ? Why don't they have a check-in for their Dash8 flights in the 'old' terminal during the transition? These are mysteries beyond anyone's comprehension and have driven most sensible people straight to WestJet where available.
