Hey antirealist! Do you not get the same Centurion Travel Agent (CTA) each time you call them? I mean, every time you contact CTS, a new Agent will speak to you and then do the follow-up on that particular trip? Over here in Argentina, we have a unique agent assigned to every account. That makes it more personalised and it ends up being a lot better for the cardholder. My particular CTA is not the best travel agent out there, but since he knows me for a long time, he knows how to serve my travel needs in the best way. He even emails me sometimes with great deals or trip suggestions that fit my usual preferences. He also answers emails from his amex account in non-working times, while I'm traveling and that is really valuable to me.
