They ask for your room number. As a Plat the chef at Sedona Grill even sent out a little grouper appetizer for me (too bad I don't eat seafood, but I appreciated the effort). The 15% off is 15% off - it's not a huge discount but it helps. Prices were pretty reasonable I thought - I spent about $200 in food and booze over 4 days. The great breakfast buffet was $19 before tip (tax is included in all prices it seemed, but not tip). Also, for room service, they don't charge any extra ridiculous fees - just the price of the food plus tax, and you tip what you want.
