The new multi-city search for awards doesn't work for me. If I put in more than 1 leg to search (like sfo-jfk, jfk-lhr), it gives the error message:

"Travel for the date you selected is not offered or sold out. Check our worldwide timetable to see dates that this service operates. #101762A"

The old multi-city search worked fine. I want to mix and match economy and business on 1 ticket. I emailed customer service and haven't heard back.

Anybody else experienced this problem or have a work-around?
