I was upgraded from resort view to premium ocean view - it was fabulous. Woke up every day looking right at the water. As a Plat I also got an arrival gift (I chose the cheese/cracker/fruit plate plus half bottle of wine - WAY better than the usual $10 credit I'm used to!).

Pool is huge and never felt crowded. Pool area bar has good food and decent prices. Biggest and best hot tub ever - could easily fit 30 people. But also never felt crowded.

All employees were super friendly and spoke very good English. Although as other's noted, there's not much to do in the immediate area. Note, if you eat/drink at the JW next door they can also bill it to CM Marriott - try Sedona Grill, it was delicious.
