Thank you both!
I hadn't realised certain categories of seat come with hospitality options.
I am currently considering Metropolitan Gold seats in section 124 (as it seems rows 3 to 6 are wide open at the moment.)
And I think I'm gonna go for Friday evening (Free Shirt Friday) and leave the day time for sightseeing!
Does that sound reasonable??
