All of these are true - but given how many Walmart's still have bill pay in DFW - at least 50-60 within a 20 mile radius. Within 3 miles of my house, there have been 3 new neighborhood markets open this year. These are cards that are bill payable, which makes it easy - it's definitely one spoke in the wheel. There are others that pay more, but time is not a problem I have - I have plenty of time. I could get banned from Walmart Regionally - but that's a risk we all run.
