Not feeling creative enough to come up with BA Marketing's next slogan for them, but having flown EZ a few times this year, BA really need to pull their digits out. Whilst BA lounges and in-flight service are great, the peripheral but irritating issues about LHR security, inconsistent Fast Track, poor punctuality, overwhelming cabin baggage and cramped SH cabins mean I while be sharing my flights between BA and EZ for the foreseeable.
