Good to know. I wonder if they figured out how to isolate the phantom credits. Maybe simply by date?

I know that the phantom credits were usable last night as I almost redeemed one until I starting looking more closely at it.

The 1st agent said that if I used it, then it would immediately cancel the corresponding ticket.
