The online ticket has exactly what you say above in my account. The int'l phone booking, not.
Mine were all domestic bookings purchased online.
So I wonder if the common thread is all online bookings or all domestic bookings?
Also, you'll notice that there's no checkbox by any of your credits to redeem them. And likewise, when you search for them while purchasing a ticket, your eCredits are not selectable.
