The magnitude of MH's online problems is quite scary.

I just bumped into this thread and learned:

• If you buy an economy class ticket on their website, they charge you to select seats. If you buy from an OTA, seat assignments are free (!!)
• You cannot buy a ticket <24 hours on their website (but you can on the mobile version -- where's the logic??). You can on most OTAs.
• You cannot change your assigned seats on their website

Added to the upthread, what an utter mess and huge hole to climb out from.
