As I've said, I'm being VERY lazy but is there anywhere on FT (or elsewhere) where a list (or other) exists that will tell me at glance where I can redeem BA metal first class (241) flights to?

I live in the UK and am very flexible on dates etc so not concerned about availability, moreso about where I can get to long haul in First.

I guess what I'm after is a BA flight schedule but try as I may, I cannot find this on the BA website, it's really difficult for a newbie like me to even identify which routes have a first class cabin.
