Really? I flew on the 787 for the first time in December, and the flight attendant serving my area of BusinessFirst (one member of a SUPER crew!) introduced herself to each pair of seats and then asked if this was our first time on the Dreamliner. She said, for the newbies such as myself, that the only tip she had was that the toilets only flush with the lid down! In fact, I found that they flushed automatically as soon as the lid closed, so I figured that was the method of action to flush (rather than waving your hand over the sensor or pushing the button).
Back to the cups in the lavatories, I DO use them! And I am upset when I fly on an airline that does not have them, because brushing my teeth is something I always try to do on the plane before and after sleeping. (Anyway, isn't the rim of the cup inside of the sleeve that dispenses them, protecting it from some germs?? Maybe I don't want to know!)
