Unhappy Resort fee raised 'after' I booked reservation
I booked a rewards stay at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel quite some time ago. I still have the confirmation email. When I booked, the resort fee was $25.00/night. That was the case as recent as a month ago. However, the resort fee was raised to $30.00/night. Should the hotel honor the original resort fee rate?
