If you have not used one of the others for recent past entry to the US and are applying for a new ESTA, I would suggest using the one that matches your place of birth (presuming you have that citizenship and it is ESTA eligible) or secondly matches where you reside/spend most of your time as a resident.
As others noted there should be no problem with any of them if they are all ESTA eligible but I suggest those two for several reasons and will leave it at that.

really? I know many people in my "situation" because their parents & parents.
My place of birth makes it somewhat more complicated. I was born in the USSR(now Russia) because my parents were diplomats stationed their.(although they told me that I was not conceived on USSR territory)
