The itinerary email has subject line: AA eTDS Itinerary Document -XXXXXX
The same info appears if you get an email resulting from a schedule change.
The partner booking reference is located after the terminal information of the arrival airport of the first partner flight:
Date: XX NOV 14 - TUESDAY
Flight : Cathay Pacific 807 B77ER
Departure: CHICAGO OHARE 2:00 PM TERMINAL 5 INTERNATIONAL 15HR 50MIN
Arrival: HONG KONG 7:50 PM TERMINAL 1 REF: 4XXXXX NON-STOP

I have never got one of these. How do you request this TDS type of email?

It does, although you have to call several agents to get it. Once even a supervisor could not help.
