I recently switched from Amex Plat to Citi Prestige. One of the benefits I enjoyed with Amex was their buyer protection. Twice I broke items ( my own fault ) and they were willing to reimburse me the purchase price. Has anyone used Citi's similarly described program? If so, how did it compare to to Amex's. My 3 year old has made a recently acquired universal remote little more than a paperweight so I'm preparing to test it out.
