I booked a flight from Prague to Tokyo with a layover in Amsterdam.

There is a 7 hour layover in Amsterdam, and we change planes, although both planes are operated by KLM.

I have decided to not go to Tokyo at this point and would like to just take the flight to Amsterdam and be done with it. Can I do this? Will I get into any trouble at customs? Can I get my bags or are they going to be checked through to Japan?
